Customer satisfaction
BTAQ Shop assures satisfaction to our customers. If customers are not entirely satisfied by the merchandise, BTAQ Shop will reimburse you, with the exception of the delivery charges which one would have to assume.
Parcels must be returned within 10 days after reception.
