POSTAL FEES AND DELIVERY METHODS
Delays:
The time it will take depends on the destination of the postal services used. Your choice of expedition is mentioned, when you buy.
Fees:
All charges will be given when you finish purchasing your item. They vary depending on the weight, destination and postal service used. An insurance is included with your parcel in the delivery fees.
Mode:
We are presently using Canada Post.
Delivery Delays:
If for some reason, we can not deliver our product within the specified time of delay. We will advise you as soon as possible. At that moment you may decide whether you wish to cancel your order.
Returns\Exchanges:
We will replace or reimburse free of charge all merchandise damaged received upon delivery.
International sales:
All parcels will be sent by Purolator, either by regular post or by air. Insurance is included.
