Buying Procedures: Please follow the steps below

All our products are guaranteed against factory defects. We respect manufacturers’ guarantees.
Correction or cancellation:
Any changes or cancellations may be made before delivery. If order has already been delivered you may cancel or change item, but you must assume return charges.
Reimbursement:
In case of defect or cancellation you will be reimbursed according to your payment method.
Payment Security:
All purchases are secure with Desjardins, your transaction is connected to a secure ordering process,using the security protocol SSL.2 .
All given data (order details), customer I.D., credit card number are encoded to be transferred to your computer then onto the Desjardins server. They are the only ones that have access to decode. Then they transfer to the Boutique BTAQ all relative information except the credit card number.
